Founder & CEO
Housni is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of THAAC. He has developed, co-developed, and redeveloped over 120 projects, valued at more than $750 billion, driving growth for governments, global corporations, and SMBs.
He has worked as an independent advisor with businesses in the U.S., Europe, and Africa, leading strategic investments and advising on development strategies. He has collaborated with major metropolitan cities to enhance economic activity and drive investment. Notably, he played a key role in establishing an entrepreneurship and innovation program in a major U.S. city, which helped businesses raise $2.6 billion over 150 funding rounds after one year.
Housni has provided consulting services to non-profit organizations dedicated to fostering small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurship initiatives globally.
Outside of THAAC, Housni is committed to community development and actively champions causes related to education, poverty alleviation, and philanthropy.
After selling his startup for a 25x return on invested capital, Housni joined Comvest Partners as an Analyst.
Housni holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with Honors from Nova Southeastern University.
